When the rider arrives to deliver the order, here are the following guidelines on what to do upon receiving the parcel:

The buyer can only refuse to accept an order/parcel if the following conditions apply:
Please note that you cannot return the opened parcel back to the rider. Instead, you can request for Return/Refund for incomplete, wrong, or damaged products.
However, if you are satisfied with the condition of the received product, you can tap the “Order Received” button in your Shopee App.
Keep in mind that:
By tapping the “Order Received” button, the payment will be released to the Seller and you can no longer request for Return/Refund.
Once the Shopee Guarantee Period of the order has expired, the “Order Received” button will no longer be available and the payment is released to the seller.
If you have accidentally tapped the “Order Received” button, you will not be able to request for return/refund. Please contact the seller immediately.
